Attorney Dussault, founding partner and owner of Dussault & Zatir, P.C., graduated from Suffolk Law School in 1985. He immediately joined the local firm of Law offices Robert T. Karns where for 5 years he represented the injured in all personal injury related matters. In 1990, Attorney Dussault joined Attorney Zatir in forming Dussault & Zatir, P.C. Over the past 19 years, Dussault & Zatir, P.C. has grown into the most dominant personal injury practice in the Southeastern Massachusetts. Dussault & Zatir, P.C. currently has Massachusetts offices in New Bedford, Fall River, and Taunton; along with Rhode Island offices in Bristol and Providence. Generally, Dussault & Zatir, P.C. handles all matters of personal injury and workers compensation. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Dussault worked on the staff of Senator Edward M. Kennedy of Massachusetts. Mr. Dussault was a member of the national advance team where his duties and experiences included assistance in organizing political support in the following urban areas: New York City, Pittsburgh PA, Cleveland and Detroit MI, Southside of Chicago IL, East St. Louis, Seattle WA, Portland OR and Los Angeles CA. Since his arrival he has been extremely successful in representing the
interest of injured people. Mr. Cabral has brought to Dussault
& Zatir, P.C. 12 years of experience in the insurance industry
where his area of concentration included bodily injury and liability
cases in matters as serious as catastrophic personal injury and
death.
Mr. Cabral was born in San Miguel Azores; speaks
fluent Portuguese and is conversant in Spanish. He is a long time
resident of Bristol, Rhode Island where he attended the public school
system, excelled in the World of Soccer, and remains very active in his
community. He is a graduate of Rhode Island College and obtained
his law degree from the Southern New England School of Law.

Attorney Dias joined Dussault & Zatir, P.C. in 2007 as the chief litigator. As such, he handles many large and complex litigation cases. These include cases of severe and catastrophic personal injuries as well as death cases. Many of these cases involve injuries received during the course of someone’s employment. Some of these cases involve injuries caused by falls from staging at construction sites as well as injuries caused by defective equipment, serious dog bite cases and automobile accidents involving people who are in the course of their employment at the time of the accident. He is also involved with cases involving employees injured while operating forklifts and other heavy equipment. He also handles both Massachusetts and Rhode Island medical malpractice cases.
Prior to joining Dussault & Zatir, P.C. Mr. Dias gained a wealth of experience and insight representing defendants and defendant corporations. He was also employed in the insurance field where he gained a perspective on the personal injury case as a whole.
